Polar Bear Pickleball is proud to share that founder and Head Sensei Sandeep “Sam” Sanga has joined AIREO Sports as a sponsored pickleball athlete.
Sam’s competitive journey began long before pickleball. From earning a black belt in martial arts to competing in high-level tennis, he has brought a lifelong passion for athletics, competition, and continuous improvement to the court.
After discovering pickleball in 2024, Sam progressed into 5.0+ and Open-level competition and now represents the Hub Silicon Valley Grizzlies in the United Pickleball League (UPL).
Beyond competition, Sam founded Polar Bear Pickleball to bring players together through purposeful training, competitive experiences, and a community built around improving together.
The AIREO partnership represents another milestone in that journey, with Sam setting his sights on competing at the professional level in 2027.
