Purchase a 1:1 drill-partnering session or training package with a Polar Bear Sensei. After purchase, your Sensei will contact you to coordinate scheduling, venue, and training focus. Training fees do not include any court rental, drop-in, guest, membership, or facility fees; clients are responsible for those separately.
Purchase a competitive game-play session with a Polar Bear Sensei. For doubles, one player books and pays for the group. After purchase, your Sensei will contact you to coordinate scheduling, venue, participants, and level. For Premium Doubles, Polar Bear will arrange an appropriate advanced fourth player. Game-play fees do not include any court rental, drop-in, guest, membership, or facility fees; clients are responsible for those separately.

Using Your Gift Card
Polar Bear Pickleball gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible Polar Bear Pickleball services and programming. Availability of specific services, Senseis, venues, dates, and times is not guaranteed and may vary.
Services Only
Gift cards apply toward charges for Polar Bear Pickleball services and programming only. Unless a particular offering expressly states otherwise, clients are responsible for any court rental, drop-in, guest, membership, or other venue fees associated with the session or activity.
Packages
Gift cards may be used toward eligible multi-session packages. Once a package is purchased, the terms applicable to that package—including any applicable package expiration period—will apply.
Scheduling
Purchasing or receiving a gift card does not reserve a specific session, Sensei, venue, date, or time. Sessions are coordinated separately based on availability.
Expiration
Polar Bear Pickleball gift cards do not expire, except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Expiration terms associated with a service or package purchased using a gift card are separate from the gift card itself.
Cash Redemption & Refunds
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law and are subject to applicable Polar Bear Pickleball purchase and refund policies.
